Zucchini Lovefest

I am hosting a Zucchini Lovefest over at Lightening Online. If you have a tried and true recipe using zucchini's, please post on your blog and then head on over and submit your link. You can also submit links to recipes already posted on other websites or submit a recipe directly.

There are plenty of wonderful ideas around the internet for using up copious amounts of zucchini. I thought it might be handy to put them altogether into the one blogpost.
